While earning his business degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Josh Bleeker gained 5 years of invaluable experience as a licensed mortgage broker, working closely with every step of the real estate lending process. At age 19, Josh Bleeker had bought his first investment property and it was then when he truly realized the power that real estate ownership can have to positively impact people's lives. He has been passionate about real estate ever since. After graduations, Josh Bleeker made the move from Green Bay to his new home of Las Vegas and shortly after, received his license as a Nevada REALTOR.

 

He has consistently been a top producer for his brokerage. Josh understands that a house is not only a home, but for many, one of the largest investments they will make.
